Walter Moore

Walter Moore, 90, resident of Lilbourn died July 18, 2011 at the home of his niece in Sikeston, Missouri. He was born March 30, 1921 in Lake Village, Arkansas to the late Rufus and Louise Jordan Moore.

He was a retired farmer and a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn since the late 60’s where he served as a deacon.

He was united in marriage to Lottie Belle Porter Moore who also precedes him in death.

He is survived by one brother, Rev. Rea Moore of Portageville and four generations of nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn. Interment will follow in the Mason Cemetery in Point Pleasant, Missouri
