Murry Lee Asberry

Murry Lee Asberry, 34, affectionately known as “Man” or “G-Unit” died Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Charleston, Missouri. He was born January 22, 1977 in Sikeston the son of Carolyn J. Young Harris of Charleston.

He attended Charleston Public Schools and enjoyed attending the various churches in the community.

In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter, Syretta Asberry of Memphis, TN, one brother, Thurman Young, Jr. of Charleston, two sisters, Delores Young and Naomi Wince of Charleston, his step father, Bud Harris of Charleston, his grandfather, Murry Asberry of Sikeston, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, November 12, 2011 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 2:00 P. M. at the Bowden Civic Center in Charleston with Pastor Steve Betts officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
