Evonne Bonnie Valliant

Evonne “Bonnie” Valliant, 56, resident of Caruthersville, Missouri died January 13, 2012 at her home. She was born February 6, 1955 in Osceola, Arkansas to the late Samon Rayford and Ruth Fisher and lived in Missouri since 1999.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She was married to Eric Valliant and he preceded her in death in 1998.

She is survived by one son, Ivory Rayford of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, two daughters, Sonya Sims of Omaha, Nebraska and Angela Sims of Caruthersville, seven brothers, Dwight Rayford of Memphis, Tennessee, Eddie Nalls of Cleveland, Ohio, Anthony “Bubbie” Sims of Lilbourn, Missouri, George Dorsey Jr. and Harvey Dorsey of Bloomington, Illinois, Charles Dorsey of Muncie, Indiana and Dennis Dorsey of Caruthersville, two sisters, Linda Ousley of Detroit, Michigan and Gloria Dorsey of Tunica, Mississippi and six grandchildren.

Friends may call Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Howardville, Missouri with Reverend Earl Grissom officiating. Interment will follow in Simmons Park Cemetery in Catron, Missouri.
