Daniel "Red" Baker

Daniel “Red” Baker, 53, resident of Sikeston, Missouri, died January 13, 2012 at 9:25 p.m. at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. He was born October 28, 1958 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Walter Baker Sr. and Pauline Gray and lived in Missouri most of his life.

He attended Matthew High School.

He is survived by one son, Jason Baker of Sikeston, two daughters, Tiffan Baker and Cherita Baker of Omaha, two brothers, Nathienal Baker of Sikeston and Sylvester Young of El Paso, Texas, two sisters, Genevia Jenkins of Sikeston and Rosa Wilson of Chicago, Illinois, a special friend, Tracie Morgan of Charleston, Missouri, and five grandchildren.

Friends may call Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 12:00 noon at Green Memorial Church of
God in Christ in Sikeston with Reverend Andra West officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset of Memories in Sikeston.
