Roosevelt Lamont Johnson

Roosevelt L. Johnson, 52, resident of Harrisburg, IL died June 25, 2012 at his home. He was born December 29, 1959 in Cairo to the late Roosevelt Baldwin and Verna Johnson and had lived in Harrisburg since 2010.

He was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church on 12th Street in Cairo.

He is survived by four brothers, Andrew Johnson of Carbondale, Ronald Baldwin of Rockford, IL, Anthony Baldwin of Cape Girardeau and Sydney Johnson of Cairo, one sister, Ishia Tole of Atlanta and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00 A. M. at Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds, IL. The body was cremated.

The Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
