DeAngelo Williams, 19, resident of Sikeston died June 30, 2012 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau the result of gunshot wounds. He was born June 16, 1993 in St. Louis the adopted son of Chester and Lesia Brown Williams of Sikeston.
He attended Sikeston Public Schools and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his biological parents, Louise Washington of St. Louis and Nigel Easton of Charleston, two sons, Kaleb Williams of Cape Girardeau and DeAngelo Williams of New Madrid, seven brothers, Miguel Brown, Cortez Washington, and Orlando Whalen of Sikeston, Jermaine Washington, Robert Mull, Sharron Crenshaw and Lashawn Washington of St. Louis, three sisters, Makiala Williams and Jasmine Thomas of Sikeston and Sharell Hall of St. Louis, maternal grandmother, Barbara Brown of Sikeston, maternal grandfather Louis Washington of Chicago, paternal grandfather, Freddie Bowens of Cape Girardeau and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P. M. at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Sikeston with Elder Calvin Bird officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
The Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
