Larry Triplett, 57, resident of Charleston, died September 11, 2012 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. He was born November 27, 1954 in Charleston, MO to the late Haney Triplett II and Albirdie Clemons Triplett Shaw of Wyoming, MI.
He served in the United States Navy receiving an honorable discharge in 1974 and was a retired construction worker.
On December 2, 1995, he was united in marriage to Annette Walls who survives of Muskegon, MI.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by two daughters, Mahogany Jenkins and Ashley Jenkins of Fort Worth, TX, five step children, Sharnessa Howard, Michael Williams, Audrey Williams and Shaynna Williams of Muskegon, and Taniqua Williams of Atlanta, one brother, Booker T. Shaw, Jr. of Wyoming, three sisters, Wilma Preyar of St. Charles, IL, Marilyn Tharrington of Chicago and Sherrie Triplett Follins of Wyoming, five grandchildren, 15 step grandchildren, a special friend, Gloria Henderson of Charleston, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at the Bowden Civic Center in Charleston with Pastor Ronald Sloan officiating. Interment,with full military honors, will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with the Williams Funeral Home in Charleston in Charleston in charge of arrangements.
