Jerome Robinson

Jerome Robinson, 80, resident of Sikeston, formerly of Pinhook, MO died November 1, 2012 at his residence. He was born December 26, 1931 in Arlington, TN to the late Jim and Barbara Tate-Bush Robinson, Sr.
He was a veteran of U. S. Army serving during the Korean War and received an honorable discharge, a retired farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
On June 8, 1952 he was united in marriage to Ella Mae Neal who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife he is survived by nine sons and four daughters-in-law, Charles Robinson, Bennell Robinson, Leonard and Dorothy Robinson, Larry and Viola Robinson and Michael and Denise Robinson of Sikeston, Glen Robinson of Cape Girardeau, Anthony and Jessica Robinson of Wiley, TX, Demetrious Robinson of Chantilly, VA and Terry Robinson of Victoria, TX, three daughters and two sons-in-law, Janice Gibson of Sikeston, Drucella and Carl Perkins of Stafford, VA and Chrystal and Mitchell Thierry of Grand Prairie, TX, his step mother, Florida Mae Robinson of Sikeston, two brother, Lynell Robinson of Pinhook and Jerry Robinson of Pensacola, FL, five sisters, Mary Cox of Lenexa, KS, Onetha Lewis of St. Louis, Evelyn Kidd of Overland Park, KS, Brenda Eckles of Sikeston and Rosetta Porter of Alexandria, VA, 24 grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, November 9, 2012 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at Cornerstone Baptist Church with Pastor L. J. Nabors officiating. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with full military honors with the Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston in charge of arrangements.
