Leroy Gary, Jr.

Leroy Gary, Jr., 78, resident of Charleston died January 29, 2013 at his resident. He was born July 11, 1934 in Wendyville, MO to the late Leroy and Lydia Speller Gary, Sr.
He retired from Chicago Candy Manufacturing and relocated to Charleston, Missouri.
He was united in marriage on August 28, 2004 to Beverly Jones Gary who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one son, Reginald Oliver of Columbia, MO, two daughters and one son-in-law, Linda Gary and Sharon and Richard Sidney of Chicago, a step daughter, Demeka Jones of Jonesboro, Arkansas, two brothers, Levoner Gary of Joliet, IL and Raymond Speller Gary of Chicago, two sisters, Julia Bell Gary and Dorothy Gary of Charleston, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 2:00 P. M. until the funeral hour of 3:00 P. M. at Opportunity Church of God in Christ in Charleston with the pastor, Elder Steve Betts officiating.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
