Richard Lamont Craig

Richard L. Craig, 40, resident of Charleston died Saturday, October 26, 2013. He was born March 20, 1973 in Charleston to Marylin Lawrence of Charleston and the late Eddie Ray Critten, Sr. and was of the Baptist faith.

He was a graduate of the Charleston High School and was currently employed with Charleston Housing Authority.

In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter, Chanelle Johnson of Cape Girardeau, five brothers, Parish Craig of Charleston, Eddie Critten, Jr. of Atlanta, Joe Craig Jr. of Marion, IL, Timothy Anderson of Kalamazoo, MI and Tyrese Price of Sikeston, five sisters, Veronica Jefferson and Morusanne Johnson of Charleston, Stephanie Critten of Atlanta, Alexis Craig of Marion and Sandra Jones of Chicago, five grandchildren, his special friend, Carolyn McCatrey of Charleston and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at Bowden Civic Center in Charleston with the Pastor Steve Betts officiating.
