Leroy McCauley, 61, resident of Cape Girardeau died October 27, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center. He was born May 13, 1952 in Sikeston to the late Emory and Katie Geralds McCauley, Sr.
He was a founding member of House of Prayer World Outreach Center in Cape Girardeau. He was currently an assistance pastor.
He was a member of the Pipefitters Local 562.
He was united in marriage to Jo Ann Ware who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Leroy McCauley, Jr. of St. Louis and Markquel Scott of Kennett; two daughters, LaTanya Thomas-Martin of Dallas, TX and Sommer McCauley of Cape Girardeau; four brothers, Elder Moses Grayson of Essex, Joe Louis McCauley of Pontiac, MI, Emory McCauley, Jr. of Sikeston and David McCauley of Poplar Bluff; three sisters, Elizabeth Harrington of Sikeston, Dorothy Jefferson of St. Louis and Mary Ann Blissett of Morley, 12 grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 10:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 11:00 A. M. at Greater Dimensions Ministries, 723 Hackberry, Cape Girardeau with Apostle William Bird officiating. Interment will follow in Fairmont Cemetery in Cape Girardeau with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
