Barbara Ann Moore, affectionately known as Sally Mo, 57, died Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born January 01, 1956 in Charleston to the late Bryant Rodgers and Hattie Spillers Moore and was of the Baptist faith.
She was a child care provider for the state of Missouri.
She is survived by one son, Thomas (Pam) Moore of Charleston, two daughters, Betty (Darryl ) Moore and Nikki (Dennis) Moore of Charleston, eight brothers, Bobby Moore of Sikeston, Fred Rodgers of Charleston, Ray Rodgers and Wiley Reed of Cape Girardeau, Lindsey Rodgers of Mounds, IL, Michael Rodgers of Michigan, Sherdell Briggs of Cedar Rapids, IA and Tommy Briggs of Los Angeles, CA, 10 sisters, Almeta Pearson and Ruth Harrington of Davenport, IA, Dorothy Bankhead, Shirley Murray, Rose Graham, Cindy Rodgers, Amanda Williams and Olestine Howard of Charleston, Delmarie Moore of Union City, MO and Dianna Gordon of St. Louis, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a close friend, John Hightower of Charleston and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P. M. Church of Christ in Charleston with Pastor Arthur Cassell officiating.
Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
