Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson, 47, resident of Lilbourn died Friday, June 20, 2014 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born November 26, 1966 in Catron, MO to the late James and Claudell Anderson Farr.

She was a graduate of New Madrid County Central High School Class of 1985 and was of the Baptist faith. She was employed at Hunter Acres Caring Center in Sikeston.

Her companion of many years, Barry Martin preceded her in death on March 27, 2014.

She is survived by one son, Derrick Martin of Lilbourn, two daughters, Cassandra Anderson and Myesha Martin of Lilbourn, one sister, Deneane Anderson, one grandson, three nephews whom she raised, Quadricas Anderson, Daray Anderson and Jermaine Anderson of Lilbourn, one niece Lisa Anderson whom she raised and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 at General Baptist Church in Lilbourn with Rev. Keith Frye, pastor of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, officiating.

Interment will follow in Simmons Cemetery in Catron with the Williams Funeral Home of Howardville in charge of arrangements.
