Lucille Hudson, 63, resident of Sikeston died July 31, 2014 at her home. She was born September 10, 1950 in Greenwood, MS to the late Kasie and Luevenia Williams Duncan.
She was a mid-wife for many years and a member of One More Chance Life Ministry in Sikeston.
In 1969 she was united in marriage to Howard Hudson, Sr. who also precedes her in death.
She is survived by three sons and a daughter-in-law, Howard and Cantina Hudson, Albert Hudson and Roosevelt Hudson of Sikeston, three daughters and two sons-in-law, Rosa and Steven Johnson of Ft. Worth, TX and Rev. Lucy and Pastor Hallie Bonner and Josie Hudson of Sikeston, three brothers, Tommy Lee Duncan of Milwaukee, WI, and Arthur Lee Duncan and Willie Duncan of Greenwood, MS, two sisters, Laura Duncan and Vera Duncan of Greenwood, a special friend, Ivory Wright of Sikeston, 21 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at One more Chance Ministry where Rev. Hallie Bonner is pastor. Apostle Betty Ware will officiate. Interment will follow in the Sunset of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston with the Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston in charge of arrangements.
