Lela Brown Everett

Lela Everett, 60, resident of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born December 14, 1954 in Mound City, IL to the late Lindley and Talitha Marr Brown.

She was a member of Glory of God Church of God in Christ in Sikeston where she served in many capacities.

She was united in marriage to Henry Everett who also preceded her in death.

She is survived by three daughters and one son-in-law, Danielle and Lee Ivy of Jackson, Vetress Dickson of East Cape, IL and Talitha Brown of Cape Girardeau, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Friends may call Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P. M. at Greater Dimensions Church in Cape Girardeau with Dr. Elisha Pullen officiating.

Interment will follow in the New Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
