Ruth Ann Mitchell

Ruth Ann Mitchell, 56, resident of Sikeston died July 5, 2015 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born December 31, 1958 in Rich, MS to the late Jimmie Lee and Johnnie Mae Marshall Mitchell, Sr.

She was a graduate of the Sikeston High School Class of 1976 and continued her education at DeVry Technical College in Atlanta, GA. She was employed at Tetra Pak in Sikeston until her health failed and a member of Christ Sanctuary Church in Bell City.

She is survived by two sons, Rondelius Mitchell and Tony Jones of Sikeston, five brothers, Sylvester Murphy, Jerry (Irene) Mitchell, Jimmie Lee (Rosie) Mitchell, Jr. and Robert (Betty) Mitchell of Sikeston and Roy Lee Mitchell of Boston, Mass., five sisters, Murlee (Ronald) Pulley, Sheila Mitchell and Johna (Michael) Harris of Sikeston, Idell (Curtis) Bean of Savannah, GA and Sophia Smith of Columbia, MO, seven grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at Life Church in Sikeston with Elder Ronald Pulley, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston with Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston in charge of arrangements
