Artiner Parker

Artiner Parker, 77, resident of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Charleston died September 25, 2015 in Atlanta. She was born May 1, 1938 in Charleston to the late Richard and Mayola Williams and was of the Baptist faith.

She was united in marriage to John Parker who also precedes her in death.

She is survived by four sons; Aljen Smith Williams of Charlotte, NC, Tony Smith and Daryl Smith of St. Louis and Gregory Smith of Atlanta, four sisters, Delores Miller and Orlee Williams of Chicago, Arlee Wade of Charleston and Nancy Morton of Scottsdale, AZ, six grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 1:00 P. M. until the funeral hour of 2:00 P. M. at Opportunity Church of God in Christ in Charleston with Pastor Floyd Wade officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
