Cleveland Treadwell, 73, resident of Marston, Missouri died Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at his home. He was born March 9, 1943 in Point Pleasant, Missouri to the late Joe and Hattie Johnson Treadwell.
He confessed hope in Christ at an early age and was a member of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church. His employment history included farm work, Crain Steele Company in Chicago, Illinois, and Gene White Auto Shop as a mechanic.
He is survived by three sons, Lester Lemons of Chicago, Kenneth Lemons of Phoenix, Arizona, and Calvin Lemons of Decatur, Illinois, four daughters, Stephanie Lemons, Latina Lemons, Monica Lemons and Cathy and Ronald Morris all of Champaign, Illinois, two brothers, Ezell Treadwell of St. Louis, Missouri, and Joe Treadwell of Marston, four sisters, Jearline McCauley of Fort Washington, Maryland, Mandy Jones of Dexter, Missouri, Dorothy Treadwell of Portageville, Missouri and Ethel Banks of Marston, a longtime companion, Lorraine Lemons, 25 grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour at 2:00 pm at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Marston with Pastor Kirk Dunnavant officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Mason Cemetery in Point Pleasant.
