Brent Johnson

Brent Shonta Johnson, 30, resident of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Wednesday, September 28, 2016. He was born December 24, 1985 in Cape Girardeau to the late Lonnie Lee Johnson and Renee Davis of Clarksville, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, Venice and Katie Johnson, his uncle, Mark Johnson, and two aunts, Angela Johnson and Shakelia Johnson.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Renee and Tim Davis of Clarksville, two sons, Karter Johnson and Sho'Tez Bell- Jackson of Cape Girardeau, two daughters, Dymond Williams of Charleston, Missouri and Brilyn Sides of Avondale, Arizona, two brothers, Deandra McCellon and Devon Johnson of Cape Girardeau, one sister, Chelsea Johnson of Cape Girardeau, his grandparents, Magdalene and Henry Newman of Sikeston, Missouri and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.

Friends may call Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 11:00am until the funeral hour of 1:00 pm at St. James A.M.E. Church in Cape Girardeau with Elder Freddie Green officiating. Interment will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
