William Alfred Craven, Jr., 66, resident of Charleston, Missouri, died February 5, 2017 at the Charleston Manor Skilled Nursing Facility. He was born October 16, 1950 in Charleston, Missouri to the late William Alfred Craven, Sr. and Ameila Craven Morgan of Charleston, Missouri.
He worked at Brown Shoe Company for over 25 years until it closed. William also worked for the Charleston Manor Skilled Nursing Facility for more than 15 years. He was a hard-working man who loved his family.
In his spare time, William liked to paint, raise gardens, race cars, and do odd jobs.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by, one son, William Thomas Sinks of Charleston, Missouri, one brother, Raymond Craven of Charleston, Missouri, two sisters, Doris Woods of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Beverly Worthy of Jackson, Michigan, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
