Gerry Howard

Gerry Howard, 60, resident of Moberly, Missouri, formerly of Charleston, Missouri, died Thursday, August 3, 2017 at North Village Park, LLC in Moberly, Missouri. He was born April 21, 1957 in Charleston, Missouri to the late John Henry Howard and Mozella White Howard.

In addition to his parents, Gerry was preceded in death by four brothers, Arthur Howard, Donnell Howard, Curtis Howard, and John Howard, and five sisters, Babondie "Barbara" Brown, Selma Betts, Dottie Turner, Mary Howard, and Pearley Jelks.

Gerry was hardworking. He worked with electronics for years in Schumbert, Illinois until his health started to fail. He was funny and loved to tell jokes.

He is survived by one daughter, Leslie Howard of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, one brother, Marshall Howard of Charleston, Missouri, two sisters, Elnora Mims of Chicago, Illinois and Susan Howard of Charleston, Missouri, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 5:00 pm in the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri.
