Lena Anderson, 38, resident of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Sikeston, Missouri died Monday, February 5, 2018 at her home. She was born January 15, 1980 in Sikeston, Missouri to the late Albert Anderson who raised her and Mable Anderson of Nashville, Tennessee and Larry Sloan of Cairo, Illinois.

She attended Sikeston High School and was of the Baptist faith.

After joining the work force, she moved to Cape Girardeau, Missouri and later to Nashville, Tennessee. Lena was a hard worker and made many friends along the way.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one son, Keyon Anderson of Nashville, Tennessee, two daughters, Stajia Anderson and Alaysha Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee, her fiancé, Marcus Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee, four brothers, Steven Anderson of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Darnell Mhoon, St Charles, Missouri, Keith Mhoon of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Albert Anderson, Jr. of Elkhart, Indiana, five sisters, Colleen Lewis of St. Louis, Missouri, Daphne (Al) Green of Chicago, Illinois, Dione Lewis of Matthews, Missouri, Carla (James) Pratt and Lisa Kibii of Nashville, Tennessee, her stepmother, Carolyn Sloan of Cairo, Illinois, a special aunt, Lue Ann (Walter) Spence, Jr. of Sikeston, Missouri, special friends, Crissy Floyd of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Kawaslyn Brown of Sikeston, Missouri, her fiancé's mother, Dorothy L.(Tommy) Johnson Gilliland of Blue Mountain, Mississippi and host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 P. M. at Power House of God Church in Sikeston with Pastor Betty Ware officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset of Memories Cemetery with the Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston in charge of arrangements.
