Alysha Lashain Turner

Alysha LaShain Turner was born January 23, 1989 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri to Cynthia and Isaiah McCray. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents, and two uncles, Elliott Turner and Steven McCray.

Alysha attended Scott County Central High School and was a graduate in 2007.

She was currently attending LPN nursing school in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Alysha held a special place in everyone's heart. She loved cooking, road trips, and hanging out with family and friends. She had a smile and a laugh that is so hard to forget. She was such a sweet, genuine person. She was a great mother to her baby. Their love was so strong for each other.

Alysha was taken from us way too soon at the young age of 35 years old on Monday, November 18, 2024.

Alysha leaves to cherish her precious memories, her one and only child, her son, Jo' Mhoni Woolridge-Jones, her parents, Isaiah and Cynthia McCray of Haywood City, Missouri, a special friend in her life, Roosevelt Irving of Carbondale, Illinois, two brothers, Frantoskus Jones of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Victor Ingram of Haywood City, Missouri, two sisters, Latoya (William) Ridley of Decatur, Illinois, and lesha Turner of Germantown Tennessee, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

Friends may call Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P.M. at Shady Acres Church of Christ located at 1440 Ables Rd in Sikeston with Minister Antonio Moton officiating. Interment will immediately follow in New Morning Star Cemetery in Haywood City, Missouri with the Williams Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
