Anthony Eugene Robinson

Anthony Eugene Robinson, 53, resident of Charleston, Missouri died Friday, May 1, 2020 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  He was born November 12, 1966 in Sikeston, Missouri to the late Bobby L. Johnson, Sr. and Margaret Murphy Robinson.

He attended Charleston High School where he was a member of the 1985 graduating class.

Anthony found gainful employment with the Charleston Housing Authority where he worked on the Maintenance Department until his retirement.

He loved fishing, spending time with his family and watching sports.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Robinson, Sr. and Willis George Robinson and two sisters, Doris Howard and Beverly Johnson.

He is survived by two sons, Markale Kent, Sr. of Jefferson City, Missouri and Xavier Anderson of Charleston, Missouri, two daughters, Shaneiqua Anderson of Charleston, Missouri and Oriana Henderson of Sikeston, Missouri, ten brothers, Dwight Robinson and Roger Robinson of Charleston, Missouri, Billy Joe Robinson of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Edward Lee Robinson and Dallas Robinson of Union City, Tennessee,  Robert Lewis Robinson of Martin, Tennessee, Douglas Robinson and Bobby Johnson, Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri, DeMont Scott of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Ernest Johnson of Potosi, Missouri, ten sisters, Barbara Walker  of Tallahasee,  Florida,  Susie Brown of Miami, Florida, Margaret Jackson of Charleston, Missouri, Gracie Robinson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Wyvonna Robinson  of Tacoma, Washington, Sherhonda Nelson of Jacksonville, Florida, Linda Johnson and Angie Gillespie of Charleston, Missouri,   and Danielle Scott of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, special friends, Cynthia Hull of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Travis Stanback of Bertrand, Missouri, five grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins other relatives and friends.

A walk through visitation will be Saturday, May 9, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri.

Interment will follow immediately in Oak Grove Cemetery with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
