Archie Haynes, III, 74, resident of Wilson City, Missouri, died Tuesday, May 9, 2023 while at Southeast Hospital in Cape. He was born September 16, 1948 in Lambert, Mississippi to the late Archie and Viola Louse Haynes, Jr.
He attended Lambert Elementary in Lambert, Mississippi and QCI in Marks, Mississippi.
Archie was united in marriage to Stephanie Banks.
Archie worked as a farmer but in his free time, he enjoyed picking up cans. His voice, presence, and famous saying, “I heard that”, will be missed by his loved ones.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother and four sisters.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife, Stephanie Haynes of Chicago, Illinois, two daughters, Ruby Ann Haynes of Yorksville, Illinois, and Ruby Haynes of Indianapolis, Indiana, four brothers, John Haynes of Longs, South Carolina, Robert Haynes of Mulberry, Florida, David Polk of Peoria, Illinois, and Jerry Crenshaw of Marks, Mississippi, four sisters, Pat Haynes of Lakeland, Florida, Dorothy Cook and Shirley Haynes both of Chicago, Illinois, and Rosa Turner of Memphis, Tennessee, four grandchildren, his friends and special care providers, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jr Moore and Richard Mitchell, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
