Bertha Smith, 74, resident of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, passed away peacefully September 12 ^th , 2019 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born August 24 ^th , 1945 in Steele, Missouri to the late Junior Simpson and Vinia Holloman Willis.

She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter Ophelia Smith, one sister Evie Willis, four brothers: Leon Willis, Eugene Willis, Tommie Willis, and IsLander Willis; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Friends may call Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 P. M. at True Faith Missionary Ministries, 1225 Merriwether Street  in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with Eugene Willis officiating.

Interment will follow in the Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
