Brant Farrell Sanglton, affectionately known as Nuk, 38, resident of Jefferson City, Missouri, died Monday, October 16, 2023 at his home. The son of Annie Sanglton and Mark Minner, he was born August 6, 1985 in Sikeston, Missouri.
He attended public school in New Madrid, Missouri and later graduated from Jefferson City High School in Jefferson City, Missouri in 2004. After graduating, he spent time in Kansas City, Missouri until relocating back to Jefferson City.
Brant worked at Command Web and Von Hoffman in Jefferson City, Missouri.
He enjoyed listening to music and playing the violin. His other hobbies included playing video games and taking pictures. He loved his nephews, nieces, and spending time with his family. Brant was always there when they needed him. Getting in the car, taking a drive was one of his favorite past times. His presence will be truly missed.
Brant is preceded in death by his brother, Colley Ladrell Sanglton, and his grandparents, George Singleton and Robert “Junebug” Taylor.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother, Annie Sanglton of Jefferson City, Missouri, his father, Mark Minner of New Madrid, Missouri, his twin, Brandy Sanglton, and his sister, Keyona Minner both of Kansas City, Missouri, his grandmother, Lillie Taylor of New Madrid, Missouri, his uncle, George Edward Thomas of Kingston, New York, his aunts, Dorothy (Arthur) Session of Jefferson City, Missouri, and Aretha Thomas, Vivian Grant, and Bridgett Thomas all of Kingston, New York, his nephews, Javion Ladrell Jones, Vaylan De’Vonte Jones, Ajani Sanglton, and Ayden Sanglton, his nieces, Trinity Abrianna Sanglton and Arianna Sanglton, his cousins, William Bagby, Arthur Session, Jr., Brianna Session, and Aaron Session, a special brother, Marzette Alexander Wilderness, his sister-in-law, Liddia Sanglton of Anderson, Indiana, and a host of great uncles, great aunts, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at Pilgrim’s Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn, Missouri. Interment will immediately follow in Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid, Missouri.
