Camilla Simpkins Patterson

Camilla Simpkins Patterson, 59, resident of East Prairie, Missouri, died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  She was born August 8, 1959 in Pinhook, Missouri to the late George and Hattie Wilson Simpkins.

She was the youngest of 12 siblings, eight boys and four girls.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her eight  brothers, two sisters, and one daughter, Jessica Moore.

Camilla was a graduate of East Prairie High School in East Prairie, Missouri and was employed as a cook before becoming disabled.

She enjoyed cooking, drinking beer and spending time with her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, one son, William Moore of Sikeston, Missouri, one daughter, Tiffany Moore of East Prairie, Missouri, one sister, Clarise Simpkins of East Prairie, Missouri, one step daughter, Tosha Green of Charleston, Missouri, three grandsons, DaParion  Dickson of East Prairie, Missouri , Crystin Anderson of Virginia, and  Jasavion Moore of Charleston, Missouri, three granddaughters, Justus Moore of St. Louis, Missouri and Alexandria Moore and Syllesia Moore of Chicago, Illinois, special friends, Lela Ware of Charleston, Missouri, Shirley Turner of Sikeston, Missouri, and Maxine Dickson of East Prairie, Missouri and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019  at 1:00 P. M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri with Minister Tommy Jones officiating.
