Cecil Romeo Smith

Cecil R. Smith, 79, formerly of Wolf Island, Missouri, died Monday, January 9, 2023 at his home in St. Louis, Missouri.  He was born June 12, 1943 in Wolf Island, Missouri to the late Leon and Thelma Pettigrew Smith.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri.  Friends may visit Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 11:00 A.M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri. Interment will immediately follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
