Dennis Glispie

Dennis Glispie, 58, resident of Sikeston, Missouri, died Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  He was born November 6, 1962 in Sikeston, Missouri to Willie Glispie, Sr. of Sikeston, Missouri and Dorothy Glispie of St. Louis, Missouri.

Dennis was a kid at heart.  He loved being creative with arts and crafts.  He excelled at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Sikeston, Missouri.

He was a quiet man, who enjoyed eating and chilling at home.  Dennis loved being outdoors. Most times you would find him outside and feeding the birds.  He had one that would stop by on a regular basis.

Dennis was definitely a daddy's man.  He and his father had a very close relationship.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sadie Jefferson, his stepmother, Barbara Glispie and his aunt, Bernice Ray.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by 11 brothers, David (Crystal) Glispie of Columbia, Missouri, Danny (Stephanie) Glispie of Atlanta, Georgia, Daniel (Sharon) Glispie, Willie (Judith) Glispie, Jr., Derrick Glispie, and Vernon Flye all of Sikeston, Missouri, Jeffery Glispie of Seattle, Washington, Steve (Renee) Flye of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Anthony Flye, Faddie Flye, and Darrius Flye of St. Louis, Missouri, two sisters, Crystal Jones and Star Burns of Sikeston, Missouri, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri.  Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
