Deyonte’ Damone Baker, 24, resident of Sikeston, Missouri died May 25, 2020 in Sikeston, Missouri. He was born October 13, 1995 in Sikeston, Missouri to Demetrius Baker and Shannell Turner Baker of Sikeston, Missouri.
He attended Sikeston Public Schools and was a member of the 2014 graduating class.
Deyonte’ was currently employed at Colton’s Steak house in Sikeston, Missouri.
During his spare time, he enjoyed football and baseball.
He is preceded in death his grandfather, Napoleon Baker, great grandparents, Leroy and Edna Stokes, Pauline Gray, Veroy Andrews, John Henry “Snap” and Elnater Turner, and one niece, Kamyrn Hunt.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Jalonte' Hunt of Sikeston, Missouri and Jacquis Baker of Dallas, Texas, his grandparents, Rosa Peet and Larry (Louise) White, Sr. of Sikeston, Missouri and Elois Baker of St. Louis, Missouri, seven uncles, Nathaniel (Amanda) Baker of Nashville, Tennessee, Tyrell White, Larry White, Jr. and Antonio Turner all of Sikeston, Missouri, Avis (Fleater) White of Columbia, Missouri, Jeremiah (Lenada) White of Memphis, Tennessee and Larenzo White of St. Louis, Missouri, four aunts, Rhoneshia (Deon) Savage and LaPorcha Turner both of Sikeston, Missouri, Erica White of Memphis, Tennessee and Tamara West of Chicago, Illinois, a special friend, Tiffany Hashelbush, best friends, Damouj Wilson, Dearius Vance, Vashawn Ruffin, Jory Boyd and Peyton Boyd, an honorary uncle, Branston Keefer and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at New Hope Ministries in Sikeston, Missouri. The Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston, Missouri is in charge of arrangements.
