Ernestine Russell, 74, resident of New Madrid, Missouri, formerly of Moreno Valley, California, died Saturday, November 25, 2023 while at Daybreak Nursing Center in Miner, Missouri. She was born October 29, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Jasper and Ruby McCullogh Russell.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
