Jacqueline Denise Taylor

Jacqueline Denise Taylor, 34, of Thebes, Illinois, died Saturday, August 3, 2019 at her home.  She was born December 14, 1984 in Hayti, Missouri to Willie Kincaid of Lilbourn, Missouri and Lorene Thomas Gray of Thebes, Illinois.

She attended Sikeston Public Schools in Sikeston, Missouri.

Jackie attended various churches in the area and was of the Baptist faith.

She was united in marriage to Edward Taylor of Sikeston, Missouri.

Jackie was a peacemaker who was always happy and funny.  Even during her sickness you could never tell the severity, because she was always strong. She enjoyed listening to music and trying to rap. She and her cousin entered a rap contest and won.  Jackie loved walking and hanging with her mother and brother, Ray.  But she had an even greater love for her children and family.  Her presence will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her step father, Coley Gray and one brother, Shackrein De'Var Thomas.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by three sons, Dariont'e Thomas Clark and Andre Thomas-Suggs of Charleston, Missouri and Devarion Taylor of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, one daughter, Angel Taylor of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, her paternal grandmother, Mary Kincaid of Lilbourn, Missouri, two brothers, Ray (Amber) Rodgers and Coley Gray of Thebes, Illinois, one sister, Vontesha Gray of Thebes, Illinois, one uncle, Charles Thomas of Madison, Wisconsin,  two aunts, Clara Thomas and Charlene Thomas of Madison, Wisconsin, two cousins, Genale Thomas and Astoria Thomas of Madison, Wisconsin and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Friday, August 16, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 11:00 A.M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri.  The Williams Funeral Home of Charleston, Missouri is in charge of arrangements.
