Kerra D. Eckles-Green was born November 10, 1991 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, the daughter of Angela Eckles and Adam Rowe.
Kerra was a loyal viewer of Sunday Service with Traveler’s Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Sikeston, Missouri.
Kerra graduated from Sikeston High School in 2010. She then attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri and was loved by many there. She had a beautiful spirit and a heart of gold. Family was her rock. She loved hard and loved her family and friends dearly.
She is preceded in death by her son Kingston Dashun Green, her maternal grandparents, Doretha Eckles and Joseph Eckles, her paternal grandparent, Sandra Rowe, and one aunt, Florine Eckles.
Kerra passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 1:58 P.M. at Missouri University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri surrounded by her mother and sister.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories her daughter, Keryn Danielle Eckles, her parents, Angela Eckles of Sikeston, Missouri and Adam Rowe of Columbia, Missouri, her sister, Kyliess Jones of Sikeston, Missouri, her aunt, Tiana Rowe, her uncles, William Rowe, Jr. and Kevin Parker of Charleston, Missouri, Donald (Debra) Atkinson and Rodney Eckles of Sikeston, Missouri, Floydale Eckles of Brimington, Washington, a host of cousins that stood ten toes down for her and her for them, special loved ones, Shelby White, Darius Conley, Martisha Brown, and Willie Murphy.
A visitation will be held at 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour of 2:00 P.M. at Traveler’s Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Sikeston, Missouri with Pastor Jason Moore officiating.
