MarQuan Lynn Reed, affectionately known as CB, 20, resident of Charleston, Missouri died August 16, 2020 in Mounds, Illinois, the result of an automobile accident. He was born February 3, 2000 in Sikeston, Missouri to Tommy Turner of Sikeston, Missouri and LaShonda Atkins Durden of Charleston, Missouri.
He attended Charleston High School in Charleston, Missouri.
MarQuan enjoyed football, singing, hanging out with his friends and playing video games. He was a laid back person who often said, “I’m out the way”. He had his faults, but he was a loving young man who would greet you with his beautiful smile and end every conversation with “I Love You.” MarQuan was very unique, would do anything for you and was loved by many. His presence will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Leroy Reed, Edward Jenkins and Lucille Turner.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by five brothers, Malik Reed, James Durden and MarQuavion McCauley of Charleston, Missouri, and Cadarius Robinson and Tommy Turner of Sikeston, Missouri, two sisters, LaChana Jackson of St. Louis, Missouri and TaQuisha McKinney of Sikeston, Missouri, his maternal grandmother, Annie Mae Reed of Charleston, Missouri, seven uncles, Percy Atkins and Leroy (Katrina) Atkins of Charleston, Missouri, Keane (Telitia) Atkins, Michael Atkins, Fred Thatch, and Elliot Turner all of Sikeston, Missouri and Alphonzo Turner of Jackson, Missouri, five aunts, Annette Jones of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Cynthia McCray and Steffane Turner of Haywood City, Missouri, Debbie Davis and LaVonda Robinson of Sikeston, Missouri, a special aunt, Yolanda Clark of Charleston, Missouri and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, August 22, 2020 from 5:00 P. M. – 7:00 P. M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri.
