He graduated from Jennings High School in Jennings/St. Louis, MO in 2000. He later attended Paul Quinn College in Texas and Lincoln University in Missouri as a star football lineman.
Marshall was all about the party-life and having fun. He spent a tremendous amount of time with his aunts, uncles, and cousins playing cards and rapping freestyles with his friends. On a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning, March 26, 2023 while being surrounded by his family, Marshall, transitioned to meet with his grandmother Emma Lee Davis and his grandfather Lee Henry Davis in his heavenly home at the age of 41 years.
He leaves to cherish his memories and legacy to his wife, Levon Franklin of Nashville, TN, two daughters, April Bryant and Taekaya Duke of Nashville, TN, one son, Krazelius “Tucca” Duke of Nashville, TN, one bonus daughter, Maelena Shanks of Nashville, TN, his mother, Bridget Delaney of Nashville, TN, his dad, Justin Delaney, Sr of Nashville, TN, his father, Keith Duke of St. Louis, MO, two brothers, Justin Delaney, Jr of Nashville, TN, Keshon Duke of St. Louis, MO, one stepsister, Ashley (DJ) Delaney of St. Louis, MO, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins from the Davis, Duke, and Delaney families and friends.
