Michael Lamonte Hull

Michael Lamonte Hull, 50, resident of Lavergne, Tennessee died Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  He was born October 23, 1972 to Viola Hull Ruffin of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He graduated from Penn Foster High School in Scottsdale, AZ in 1999. He later attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.

Michael was a hard-working man. He was employed as a laborer for 29 years.

On May 6, 1995, he was united in marriage to Sharon Davis in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Michael loved sports. He enjoyed attending sporting events, watching his favorite team, Duke, and his favorite player of all time, Kyrie Irving. Those who loved Michael knew that he truly had a heart of gold. He coached youth basketball and baseball for many years. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for the youth. He opened his doors to those who didn't have a place to go. If they didn't have it, he would give it to them. If he saw a homeless man on the streets, he would bless them with his last.

In his free time, Michael would listen to his favorite music. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with family. His loved ones will remember his favorite sayings, "you a dukie", "my beautiful wife”, "my favorite niece" and let's not forget "you got to be kidding me”.

Friends may call Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. until the funeral hour of 3:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Chapel in Charleston, Missouri with Reverend Ronald Sloan officiating. The Williams Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
