Minnie Lee Moore

Minnie Lee Moore, 74, resident of Sikeston, Missouri, was found dead on June 1, 2019 in her home.  She was born June 24, 1945 in Malden, Missouri to the late Everie and  Georgia Mae Cannon Steward.  She was one of seven siblings, two boys  and five girls.

She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Chaffee Memorial Hospital in Chaffee, Missouri.

Minnie was a member of Greers Chapel Missionary Baptist in Sikeston, Missouri where she served in many capacities.  She loved serving God's people.

She was united in marriage to John Moore.

Minnie loved to talk and was a friend to many people and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by one sister, Essie B. Steward of  Sikeston, Missouri, her two dogs, Princess and Angel,  and a host of  nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2019  at 1:00 P. M. at Greers Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Sikeston, Missouri with the pastor, Reverend Paul Johnson, officiating

Interment will following in the Sunset of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, Missouri with the Williams Funeral Home of Sikeston, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
