Pauline Hamilton, 75, resident of Charleston, Missouri died October 2, 2019 at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born June 28, 1944 in Ridgely, Tennessee to the late Willie D. Williams and the late Mary Ella Johnson Hopson.
She was united in marriage to Charles Hamilton in Charleston, Missouri and was a full time wife and mother. Charles and one sister, Willie Evelyn Avery also precedes her in death.
Pauline enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, sitting on her porch and playing pac man.
All that knew her, can reminisce and hear her voice saying "Take care of my babies, Paulette." She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-law, Tommy Lee Williams of Trenton, Tennessee, Charles (Debra) Hamilton and James (Salena) Hamilton of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, John (Kizzie) Hamilton of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, three daughters and one son-in-law, Myrtis (Charles) Clark of Sikeston, Missouri, and Linda Chandler and Paulette Hamilton of Charleston, Missouri, two step daughters, Mary (Theodie) Morris of Sikeston, Missouri and Kassandra Kimble of Charleston, Missouri, two brothers, Willie Lee Williams of Trenton, Tennessee and Bobby Wayne Jackson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, twelve sisters, Vera Louise (Leroy) Clark of Hiram, Georgia, Evonne Williams, Annie Faye Williams and Gail Renate Williams of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Cleora Turner, Paulette Williams, Victoria Williams and Lou Joyce Williams of Trenton, Tennessee, Glenda Sue Albea of Dyer, Tennessee, Martha (Bob) Carrabon of Humboldt, Tennessee, and Onitha Gunn and Lisa Gaye Williams of Jackson, Tennessee, her loving step mother, Mrs. Excie Lou Williams of Trenton, Tennessee, 36 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, October 11, 2019 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P. M. at Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church in Charleston, Missouri with the pastor, Reverend Arthur Cassell officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston, Missouri with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
