Robert Halliburton, affectionately known as Anthony, 60, resident of Charleston, Missouri died February 15, 2023 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri. He was born December 14, 1962 in Halls, Tennessee to the late Helen Halliburton.
He graduated from Ripley High School in Ripley, Tennessee in 1982.
Robert loved God and recently gave his life to the Lord. He attended St. Matthews Full Gospel Missionary Baptist Church in Charleston under the leadership of Pastor Floyd Wade.
He worked in construction and loved what he did. He was a hardworking man that knew how to get things done.
Robert was an outgoing man who enjoyed life. He was friendly with all who came in contact with him. He never met a stranger. In his free time, loved ones could find Robert barbequing, dancing, and listening to music.
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his brother, Leon Halliburton, and his step-father, Levi Young.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife, Sallie Jones of Charleston, Missouri, his sister, Twyla (Wilbur) Collier of Cairo, Illinois, his step-daughter, Patricia Jean Anderson of Rockford, Illinois, his grandson, James Hopkins of Joplin, Missouri, his granddaughter, Jamie Hopkins of Rockford, Illinois, his great granddaughters, Addie Hopkins, Eliza Hopkins, and Lilly Mae Hopkins all of Joplin, Missouri, and Janelle Jessica Ann Hopkins of Rockford, Illinois, his special friends, Cynthia Bryant, Maggie Hartmon, and Annie Thomas, his good friend, Julian Howard of Cairo, Illinois, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Friends may call Friday, March 3, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until the funeral hour of 3:00 P.M. at St. Matthews Full Gospel Missionary Baptist Church in Charleston, Missouri with Pastor Floyd Wade officiating.
