Rosemary Lee Ruffin 74, of Crossett, Arkansas passed June 02, 2023. Rose was born December 2, 1948 in Charleston, Missouri to Leola Starks and Earnest Jones. Rose attended Lincoln School in Charleston, MO then continued her education at Penn Valley College in Kansas City, MO.

She worked at the United States Post Office for 31 years before retiring. She loved to read, travel, play cards, and watch ScFi, she loved plants and taking care of them, but most of all she loved her family. Her heart was filled with love for everyone. She was full of life and jokes. To know her was to love her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two children, Anthony B. Jones and Denita R. Webb, three brothers, and two sisters.

Rose leaves to cherish her loving husband and friend of 43yrs, Ronald Ruffin, one daughter Delica (Rickey) Brown, four sons, George (Stephanie) Webb, Derrell (Amanda) Dorsey, Maywone Dorsey, and Jason Dorsey, her special baby, Zyrion Lane, two step sons, Ralph and Ronald Ruffin, four sisters, Ella Redmond, Earnestine Jones, Florine Duffie, and Geraldine Biles, four brothers, Howard Biles, Arthur Biles, and Robert Biles, Richard Starks, 17 grandkids, Denisha, Corey, Ashley, Savon, Breona, Autumn, Devonte, Deshawn, Jada, Derrell, Daire, Felisha, Anthony, 12 great grandkids, Nasir, Nailah, Brooklynn, Dmya, Terrence, Ayden, Journey, Kah'Wy, Amiri, Giannis, Ariel, August, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour of 2:00 P.M. at the Bowden Civic Center in Charleston, Missouri with Pastor Frankie Reed Daniels of St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston, Missouri. The Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
