Tommie Lee Wiggins, Jr., affectionately known as Joe Rock, 54, resident of Charleston, Missouri was found February 12, 2020 in his home. He was born September 3, 1965 in Shelby, Mississippi to Tommie Wiggins, Sr. and Rosetta Leaks-Ingram.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Serenity Funeral Home, 1638 Sycamore View Road in Memphis, Tennessee. The inurnment will be at 1:00 PM at the Serenity Columbarium and Memorial Garden - Rotunda, 1622 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis, Tennessee 38134.
