Tyrone Lamont Anderson, Jr.

November 30, 1993 — September 22, 2021

Tyrone Lamont Anderson, Jr., affectionately known as Lil Ty, 27, resident of Charleston, Missouri died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 22, 2021.  He was born November 30, 1993 in St. Louis, Missouri to Tyrone Chapman of Charleston, Missouri and Brenda Hughes Towle of Energy, Illinois.

He attended Charleston High School.  While attending high school, he was doing college math.  Lil Ty was really smart.  He would go on and earn his GED (General Educational Development).

Tyrone was very outgoing, funny, and loved to joke around.  He was "crazy," and always ready to have a good time.

He loved his family and would do anything to help anyone.  He had a good heart, a strong bond with his brother, and was very fond of his nephew.  He enjoyed spending time with kids.

Lil Ty enjoyed watching baseball and calling others on their birthdays to make them smile.  His infectious smile will definitely be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Roxie Ann Anderson, maternal grandparents, Robert Lyons and Dorothy Hughes, his maternal uncles and aunts, Clifford Hughes, Lennon Hughes, Ronald Hughes, Carrie Wiley, Ronald Lyons, and Dorothy Macon.

In addition to his parents, Tyrone and Brenda, he is survived by his brother, Jermale Chapman, his nephew, Jay'Kaysion Valliant, his paternal aunts and uncles, Woodrow Chapman, Jermaine Anderson, LaShonda Anderson, and Victoria Anderson, his maternal aunts and uncles, Betty Hughes, Dianne (Curtis) McCathery, Robert Hughes, Robert (Carolyn) Lyons, Russell (Ellen) Lyons, Gary Lyons, Albert Curtis Lyons, Eddie (Johnnie Mae Betts) Lyons, Truly (Terry) Riggs, Janie (Mark) Watson, and Peggy (Howard) Biles, a special friend, Andretta Matthews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Friends may call  Saturday, October 9. 2021 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 P.M. at the Bowden Civic Center in Charleston, Missouri with Pastor Sidney Logwood, officiating. Masks are required.  Interment  will be  follow in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston, Missouri with the Williams  Funeral Homes of Charleston, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
