Willie B. Small, Jr., 61, resident of Cairo, Illinois, died Thursday, November 4, 2021 in his home surrounded by family. He was born January 1, 1960 in Lilbourn, Missouri to the late Willie B. Small, Sr. and Eletha Morris Small of Lilbourn, Missouri. Friends may call Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 1:00 P.M. at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn, Missouri with Pastor Darryl Minner officiating. Interment will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City, Illinois with full military honors.
